I'm involved in Limited Liability Companies, various types of partnerships, joint ventures, corporations and sole proprietorships. We discuss the merits and problems with each form of business association. We structure the format chosen and comply with all Ohio laws and all Ohio and Federal Securities laws.

Estate Planning and Probate

I handle Estate Planning matters which is the area dealing with the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death, taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property, and trusts so as to gain maximum benefit of all laws and, at the same time, carrying out the person's wishes. Probate is the court proceeding through which a will is proved to be valid and the estate of a decedent is administered. The process, generally, includes collecting a decedent's assets, liquidating liabilities, paying necessary taxes, and distribution of property to heirs.

Bankruptcy

I represent individuals and commercial clients in bankruptcy proceedings that are initiated by either an insolvent individual, or business, or creditors seeking to have the debtor's remaining assets distributed among the creditors and, thereby, discharging the debtor from further obligation or restructuring and reorganizing the insolvent's debt structure.

Family Law

I handle a full range of Family Law matters including adoption, divorce, separation, premarital agreements, paternity, custody, and support.

Real Estate

I represent both commercial clients and individuals in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property-land and the structures attached to it-including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, closings, and management.
